AIChatUncensored.com is the brand under which this service operates. Your chats are private to your account. Use Report a concern to contact us about privacy or your data.
Data we process
We process account details, chat messages and summaries, credit transactions, payment references and support reports to provide the service. Chat history is paginated, and only bounded recent context and occasional summaries are sent to the AI provider.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the app, account database and transactional email. Better Auth handles authentication. A third-party AI provider processes chat inputs and outputs. Stripe processes payments; card details stay with Stripe. Image, video and GPU generation are not part of this release.
Retention and deletion
Conversations expire after 30 days of inactivity. You can delete conversations and request account deletion. Pending financial outcomes may require reconciliation first. Necessary payment and audit records are retained separately. Successful backup runs remove encrypted production snapshots older than 30 days while retaining the latest recovery snapshot. Deleted records may remain in backups until those snapshots are removed.
Free-trial eligibility
A keyed digest of a verified email records whether its trial was claimed. The digest is retained after account deletion to prevent repeat trials. It is not a plaintext email address.
Your controls
Account provides a bounded download of chat and account records. Larger exports can be requested through Report a concern. Language is selected by the page URL. No advertising analytics or public chat sharing is included. Never enter secrets or sensitive information you do not want processed by the service providers.
