Terms
These terms cover the AIChatUncensored.com chat service. AIChatUncensored.com is our public-facing brand. Use Report a concern to contact us.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and follow the content policy. Do not use the service unlawfully, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized account access or bypass service restrictions.
Replies and credits
A delivered reply costs one credit. Credits are reserved during requests and settled once. A technical failure without a usable reply releases the reservation; uncertain outcomes require reconciliation. Free, promotional and test credits have no cash value.
Purchases
Checkout states the credit quantity and final price, including any tax collected. We will not charge you later for tax we failed to collect at purchase. Credits are service access, not money, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except through applicable refund rights. Purchases are available only in supported billing countries.
AI and availability
AI output can contain errors. You remain responsible for checking it and respecting third-party rights. Chat context may be summarized and omit details. Spending limits, maintenance or abuse controls can temporarily pause replies.
Support and termination
Report a concern is the contact route for billing, privacy and service issues. Accounts may be restricted for prohibited use or unresolved payment disputes. You can request deletion through Account. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
